Construction Management

 

Su-Mo Builders, Inc. has overseen a vast spectrum of multi-million dollar projects simultaneously, as well as managing numerous indefinite-quality contracts.  These contracts are often termed as:

• Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) contracts

• Job Order Contracts (JOC)

• Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC)

• Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC)

Through quality service, Su-Mo Builders, Inc. has developed strong business relations with the Federal government, specifically the US Army, the US Army Corps of Engineers, the US Navy, the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and the Hawaii Air National Guard. 

 

Design-Build

Having completed numerous design-build projects, Su-Mo Builders, Inc. has developed partnerships with professional architects and design consultants, all the while earning invaluable knowledge in the process.

Su-Mo Builders, Inc. has assembled a Design-Build team consisting of experienced and qualified members that have previous experience working on relevant type facilities. The Lead Designer or Architect will fulfill all duties and responsibilities required as the Designer of Record. Su-Mo builders, Inc. understands the importance of early involvement by the construction team during the design phase to reduce and resolve conflict prior to construction.  It is also a priority to understand the needs of clients, enabling the team to provide efficient solutions to meet the budget and timelines of projects.
